BD Jewelers pays maximum attention to product quality. In that case the chances of product defects are very low. However, we provide warranties on our products at different times to ensure that buyers can purchase and use our products freely. It depends on the quality of our products. Below is the information about the warranty of products according to the quality or grading.
B Grade
B grade products are at the lowest level in our quality category and the price is very low, BD Jewelers does not provide any guarantee or warranty for these products. However, at the time of receiving the product, we request you to open it in front of the delivery person and accept it as long as there is no problem. If you notice any kind of error, return it to the delivery person immediately. No complaint is acceptable after acceptance.
A Grade
Grade A is the medium quality product of our grading. These products come with 3-6 months color warranty depending on the product. However, we can assure you that you can use this grade products effortlessly for 2-3 years.
A + Grade
All A + grade products are the best quality products. These products come with a 6-12 month color warranty depending on the product. These products are made to ensure maximum quality so you can use them easily for a long time.
In what cases warranty will be provided
- When the color of the product defected.
- When the glue on the jewelry goes up.
In what cases the warranty will lose its acceptability
- If the product breaks down due to negligence.
- If there is loss of color due to excessive sweating, saline water, soapy water.
- In case of any kind of physical damage to the intended product.
- In case of loss of invoice or order number.
How to claim warranty
To claim the warranty, select the warranty option from This Form and provide the desired information. You will then arrange to ship the product at your own cost to our official address. If the products problem is solved, we will send the product back to your address at our own cost. Be sure to mention your order number when sending the product to the courier.

B গ্রেড
B গ্রেড এর পণ্যগুলো আমাদের কোয়ালিটি ক্যাটাগরিতে যেহেতু সর্বনিম্ন পর্যায়ে রয়েছে এবং দামও তাই অনেক কম সে কারণে এই সকল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বিডি জুয়েলার্স এর পক্ষ থেকে কোন প্রকার গ্যারান্টি কিংবা ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করে থাকে না। তবে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময়ে ডেলিভারি পার্সোনের সামনেই খুলে দেখে কোন প্রকার সমস্যা না থাকা স্বাপেক্ষে তা গ্রহণ করার অনুরোধ করছি। যদি কোন ধরণের ত্রুটি লক্ষ্য করেন তাহলে তাৎক্ষনাৎ ডেলিভারি পার্সোন এর কাছে রিটার্ন করে দিবেন। গ্রহণের পর কোন প্রকার অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
A গ্রেড
A গ্রেড আমাদের গ্রেডিং এর মধ্যম মানের পণ্য। এই পণ্যগুলোতে পণ্য ভেদে ৩-৬ মাসের কালার ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয়। তবে আমরা আপনাদের এতটুকু অবশ্যই আস্বস্থ করতে পারি এই গ্রেডের পণ্যগুলো ২-৩ বৎসর অনায়াসেই ব্যাবহার করতে পারবেন।
A+ গ্রেড
A+ গ্রেড এর সকল পণ্য সবচেয়ে সেরা মানের পণ্য হয়ে থাকে। এই পণ্যগুলোতে পণ্য ভেদে ৬-১২ মাসের কালার ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হয়। এই পণ্যগুলোর মান সর্বোচ্চ নিশ্চিত করে তৈরি করা হয় তাই দীর্ঘদিন ব্যাবহার করতে পারবেন খুব সহজেই।
কি কি ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করা হবে
- পণ্যের রঙ উঠে গেলে।
- জুয়েলারির গ্লু উঠে গেলে।
কি কি ক্ষেত্রে ওয়ারেন্টির গ্রহণযোগ্যতা হারাবে
- অবহেলার কারনে পণ্য ভেঙ্গে গেলে।
- অতিরিক্ত ঘাম, লবনাক্ত পানি, সাবান পানির কারণে রঙ এর ক্ষতি হলে।
- ইচ্ছেকৃত পণ্যের কোন প্রকার ক্ষতি সাধন করলে।
- ইনভয়েজ বা অর্ডার নাম্বার হারিয়ে ফেললে।
কিভাবে ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করবেন
ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করার জন্য এই ফরম টি থেকে ওয়ারেন্টি অপশনটি সিলেক্ট করে কাঙ্ক্ষিত তথ্য প্রদান করবেন। এরপর আপনি আমাদের অফিশিয়াল ঠিকানায় আপনার নিজ খরচে পণ্যটি পাঠানোর ব্যবস্থা করবেন। পণ্যের সমস্যার সমাধান হলে আমরা আমাদের খরচেই আপনার ঠিকানায় আবার পণ্যটি পাঠিয়ে দেব। অবশ্যই পণ্য কুরিয়ারে পাঠানোর সময় সেখানে আপনার অর্ডার নাম্বারটি উল্ল্যেখ করে দিবেন।
