বিডি জুয়েলার্স এমন একটি প্রতিষ্ঠান যেখানে আমাদের মূল লক্ষ্যই হচ্ছে সঠিক দামে সঠিক পণ্য ক্রেতার কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া। তাই ক্রেতা যে পণ্যটি কিনছে সেটার গুণমান সম্পর্কে যেন সঠিক ধারণা থাকে সে বিষয়ে নিশ্চিত হতেই আমাদের এই গ্রেডিং সিস্টেমটি করা হয়েছে। অধীকাংশ সময়েই ক্রেতা অনলাইনে পণ্য কেনার সময় বিশেষ করে জুয়েলারি কেনার সময় সেই পণ্যের মান যাচাই করার সুযোগ পায় না বলে কোন মানের পণ্যটি সে পাচ্ছে এবং তদানুসারে কেমন দাম তার থেকে নিচ্ছে এ বিষয়ে কোন ধরণের জ্ঞান থাকে না তাই অসাধু বিক্রেতারা সহজেই খারাপ মানের পণ্য দিয়ে দাম বেশী নেন। দাম বেশী ছাড়াও এ বিষয়ে জানা না থাকায় অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই ক্রেতাগণ দ্বিধায় ভোগেন যে দেখতে একই পণ্যের মধ্যে দামের পার্থক্য অনেক বেশী কেন তখন তারা কম দামে কিনতে গিয়ে খারাপ মানের পণ্যটি কিনে বসেন এবং এরই প্রেক্ষিতে যারা ভালো মানের পণ্য বিক্রয় করেন তাদেরকেও তখন ভুল বুঝে বসেন, তাই পণ্য সম্পর্কে ধারণা দিতে এবং পন্যের মান ও দামের মধ্যকার পার্থক্য বোঝাতে আমাদের এই গ্রেডিং নিয়মটি চালু করা হয়েছে। নিচে প্রতিটি গ্রেডিং এর বিস্তারিত তুলে ধরা হলো।
B গ্রেডিংঃ
B গ্রেডের পণ্যকে আমাদের তালিকার সবথেকে নিম্ন মানের পণ্য হিসেবে গণ্য করা হয়। তার মানে এই নয় যে পণ্যগুলো একদম খারাপ। দামের সাথে তুলনা করলে পণ্যের মান ঠিকই রয়েছে, অর্থাৎ এই দামের মধ্যে যে ধরণের ম্যাটেরিয়ালস এবং রঙ দেওয়া সম্ভব সেটাই দেওয়া হয়ে থাকে। তাই দাম অনুসারে মান একদম ঠিকঠাক। তবে আমরা যেহেতু পণ্যের মান ও দাম ক্রেতাগণের কাছে সঠিকভাবে উপস্থাপন করি তাই ক্রেতাগণ মানের তুলনায় বেশী দামে পণ্য ক্রয় করার সমস্যাটি থাকছে না।
B গ্রেডের পণ্যে আমরা কোন প্রকার ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করি না। পণ্যের, মান ও রং এর জন্য কোন প্রকার রিপ্লেস ও রিফান্ডও প্রযোজ্য নয় এ ক্ষেত্রে।
A গ্রেডিংঃ
A গ্রেডের পণ্যগুলো সেগুলোই হয় যেগুলো ভালো মানের হয়ে থাকে। পণ্যের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করা হয় এই ধরণের পণ্যগুলোতে। নিখুঁতভাবে তৈরি করা হয়ে থাকে এই ধরণের পণ্যগুলো। সঠিক মাণের ম্যাটেরিয়ালস দিয়ে তৈরি করায় ইমপোর্ট কিংবা উৎপাদন খরচ বেশী হয়ে থাকে তাই তদানুসারে দামও হয়ে থাকে B গ্রেড অপেক্ষা বেশী। তবে অবশ্যই মানানুযায়ি সঠিক দামে পণ্য বিক্রয় করা হয়। অতিরিক্ত দাম নেওয়ার কোন সুযোগ থাকছে না আমদের এখানে।
A গ্রেড পণ্য নিয়ে আমরা আত্মবিশ্বাসী হওয়ায় পণ্যানুসারে, রিপ্লেস-রিটার্ণ তো থাকছেই এছাড়াও ৩-৬ মাসের ওয়ারেন্টিও দেওয়া হয়। তবে আমরা এটা বলতে পারি এই মানের পণ্যেগুলো দুই চার বছরেও কিছুই হবে না যদি সঠিক নিয়মে ব্যাবহার করা হয়।
A+ গ্রেডিংঃ
A+ গ্রেডের পণ্য বাজারের সবচেয়ে সেরা মানের পণ্যগুলো হয়ে থাকে, পণ্যের গুণগত মান নিয়ে এই পণ্যে কোন প্রকার ছাড় দেওয়া হয় না। সবচেয়ে ভালো মানের ম্যাটেরিয়ালস দিয়ে এই পণ্যগুলো তৈরি হয়ে থাকে। নিখুঁত ডিজাইনে তৈরি করা হয়ে এই পণ্যেগুলো তাই এগুলো টিকে দীর্ঘ দিন। বাজারের সেরা মান ধরে রাখতে অনেক ক্ষেত্রে বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে আমদানি করা হয়ে থাকে এই ধরণের পণ্যগুলো। যেহেতু এই ধরণের পণ্যগুলো তৈরিতে কিংবা আমদানিতে খরচ অন্য মানগুলোর থেকে বেশী হয়ে থাকে তাই দামও অন্য গ্রেডের পণ্যের তুলনায় বেশী হয়ে থাকে। তবে অবশ্যই এখানেও অতিরিক্ত দাম নেওয়ার কোন সুযোগ থাকছে না। কারন আমাদের মুল লক্ষ্যই হচ্ছে সঠিক দামে সঠিক মানের পণ্য ক্রেতাগণের হাতে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
A+ গ্রেড এর পণ্যের মান নিয়ে আমরা সর্বোচ্চ নজর রাখি তাই রিপ্লেস-রিফান্ড ছাড়াও এগুলোতে থাকছে ৬-১২ মাস পর্যন্ত ওয়ারেন্টি এমনকি কিছু কিছু পণ্যে থাকছে সরাসরি রিপ্লেস গ্যারান্টি। এগুলো আমাদের ওয়ারেন্টি দেওয়া সময়ের থেকে অনেক গুন বেশী সময় ব্যাবহার করা যাবে কোন প্রকার সমস্যা ছাড়াই।

So we have made this grading system to make sure that the buyer has the right idea about the quality of the product he is buying. Most of the time the buyer does not get a chance to check the quality of the product online when buying the product especially when buying jewelery because he has no idea what kind of product he is getting and what price he is taking from him accordingly so unscrupulous sellers easily overcharge Take. In many cases buyers are hesitant to know why the price difference between the same product is so great because they do not know about the high price. We have introduced this grading rule to give an idea about the product and to explain the difference between product quality and price. Below are the details of each grading.
B Grading:
Grade B products are considered to be the lowest quality products on our list. This does not mean that the products are bad. Compared to the price, the quality of the product is just right, meaning that the price includes the kind of materials and colors that can be given. So the price is just right. However, since we present the quality and price of the product to the buyers correctly, the buyers do not have the problem of buying the product at a higher price than the quality.
We do not offer any warranty on B grade products. No replace and refunds are applicable for the product quality and color.
A Grading:
Grade A products are those that are of good quality. Product quality is ensured in these types of products. These types of products are made perfectly. Made with the right quality materials, the cost of import or production is higher, so the price is higher than B grade. But of course the product is sold at the right price. We have no chance to charge extra here.
As we are confident with A grade products, according to the product, there is a replace-return and also a 3-6 month warranty is given. However, we can say that these quality products will not be anything in two or four years if used properly.
A + Grading:
A + grade products are the best quality products on the market, there is no discount on the quality of the product. These products are made with the best quality materials. These products are made in perfect design so they last a long time. These products are imported from different countries in many cases to maintain the best quality in the market. Since the cost of making or importing such products is higher than other standards, the price is also higher than other grade products. But of course there is no opportunity to charge extra here. Because our main goal is to get the right quality product at the right price to the buyers.
We keep a close eye on the quality of A + grade products, so in addition to replace-refunds, they have a 6-12 month warranty and even some products have a direct replacement guarantee. These can be used many times longer than the time given by our warranty without any problem.
